How do I purchase tickets?

If you would like to add a complimentary personal assistant ticket to your order, access blue badge parking or reserve a space in the accessible viewing areas, please email us at [email protected]

Do you have accessible areas by the stages?

We will have the following reserved accessible viewing area facilities across the event:

  • Main Stage
    The Barn
    Milkshake Meadow Stage

Accreditation will be required to access the reserved viewing areas during the event. This will be available for collection on site on the day of your arrival.

Is the festival accessible for wheelchair users?

5 on the Farm takes place on Cannon Hall Farm and as such, the event fields are mainly grassy farmland and are uneven in parts. We will endeavour in wet weather to ensure there is a temporary track to the main activities. As this event is outdoors, we advise that you come prepared for potential weather extremes. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to speak to a member of staff.

A wheelchair charging point will be available for use in our Welfare Tent.

If you need to hire a wheelchair, local company Total Mobility offer a hire service.

Can I bring my own food and drink into the festival?

Customers are not permitted to bring their own food or drink into the event, unless for medical reasons.

There will be food and drink available to purchase throughout the event and there are fresh water drinking tap points at several locations around the event.

Are there special effects?

There may be elements of the event which include stroboscopic lighting, smoke and special effects. If you have any queries or concerns relating to the use of special effects, please contact us at [email protected]

Do you have medical provision on site?

There will be first aid, medical and welfare staff on duty throughout the event, if you require any assistance, please speak to a member of staff who will be able to call them to your location.

Do you have accessible toilets

Accessible Toilets will be available at each main toilet block. Regrettably, these are not Changing Places toilets; however if this is a facility you may require, please do not hesitate to contact us to arrange a safe space within our welfare area.

Are service animals allowed?

Assistance and Service Animals including Guide Dogs are permitted on site. If you require your assistance or service animal to accompany you, please contact us at [email protected]
